1.Booking & Deposit
When you book with Mobile Tyre Solutions, we ask for a small deposit to hold your slot. You can book by phone or WhatsApp. Your appointment is only confirmed once we receive your deposit.
Here is what your deposit covers:
- We order and hold the right tyres just for you
- Scheduling of a mobile technician
- We plan the travel route so we arrive on time
2.Non-Refundable Deposit
Please note that all deposits paid to Mobile Tyre Solutions are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once a booking is confirmed.
This includes situations such as:
- You cancel your appointment
- No-shows or missed appointments
- You gave us the wrong tyre size or car details
- You change your mind after booking
The deposit helps us cover the cost of ordering your tyres, booking a technician, and setting up your appointment.
3.Rescheduling Policy
We understand plans can change.
- You must give us at least 24 hours' notice to move your appointment
- Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment at our discretion
- The new date will depend on what slots are free in your area
Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.
4.Missed Appointments
Our technician will travel to your location at the time we agreed. If we turn up and you are not there, we cannot reach you, or your car is not accessible:
- Your booking will be marked as a no-show
- Your deposit will not be refunded
- You will need to pay a new deposit to book again
5.Customer Responsibility
To make sure we can get the job done quickly and safely, please check the following before we arrive:
- Make sure you give us the correct tyre size and car details when you book
- The vehicle is in a safe and accessible location
- Leave enough space around your car for our technician to work
If we cannot do the job because of something on your end, we may have to cancel and keep the deposit.
6.Circumstances Outside Our Control
Sometimes things happen that we cannot plan for (bad weather, heavy traffic, a van breaking down, or a problem with our tyre supply). In these rare cases, Mobile Tyre Solutions reserves the right to::
- Reschedule your appointment
- Provide a full refund of the deposit if the job cannot be completed
7.Agreement to Terms
By paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
